After you submit your request, a SOOTSOAP team member will contact you at the email address provided to confirm your request.

**Please note that all requests are verified and only Firefighter / Fire Department requests will be processed.**
Please remember our detoxifying and deodorizing products contain deep cleaning charcoal, and can stain if not rinsed thoroughly. Dark coloured linens are recommended in case of residue.
