Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Complimentary shipping is available in Canada and the United States with a minimum order of $100.00 CDN and $150.00 USD, with a maximum order of $500.00 USD and $750.00 CDN. If you have a large bulk order requiring shipping, please reach out to the Key Account team at info@sootsoap.ca.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to track your package. If there is a delay in your delivery or issue with package(s) received, please contact us at info@sootsoap.ca.
Returns
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, please return Sootsoap products for a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@sootsoap.ca within 15 days of product receipt. Please indicate that you wish for an item exchange or refund as well as the reason(s) for your request and we will provide instructions for refund or exchange. Refund or credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once processed.
Please note return shipping to our warehouse in Ontario, Canada is required. Cost of shipping is not covered under normal return or exchange circumstances, but will be covered in the case of faulty or damaged items.
