SOOTSOAP leverages the power of Binchotan White Charcoal to draw out harmful toxins, impurities and even the toughest odours from the skin, hair and scalp, naturally.
Shampoo is black in colour but lathers white, with a subtle scent of fresh aloe and citrus spice.
Hand & Body Soap is black in colour with a soft, spicy scent of coriander and lavender that will leave your skin squeaky clean and baby soft.

Shampoo:
Lather well into the scalp and hair follicles over several minutes before rinsing well for a complete clean.
Hand & Body Soap:
Dispense directly into palm, shower sponge or washcloth. Lather well onto skin and scrub for a complete clean. Rinse well.
*Both products contain deep cleaning charcoal that may temporarily stain if not rinsed thoroughly. Avoid light coloured linens.

I am incredibly impressed with the Soot Soap team. Myself and some friends ordered the shampoo and body soap for our fire husbands. When our order arrived it was missing one soap. I emailed customer service and was immediately responded to and the missing soap arrived the next day. Very impressed with this team and product!
I received my order and it was crushed from delivery. I emailed them and they rectified the problem immediately and efficiently! Even when it was the delivery services fault. Also I am a pipefitter and I work on boilers. I go inside of them and pull al the soot out and I get covered. This soap is amazing! It takes it completely off and even smells good! Phenomenal product and phenomenal customer service! I will definitely be buying again! Funny stickers too 😂
So far so good, great stuff! I would recommend a loofah or scrubber or cloth, etc for the body wash though, just to make the product fo a little further. Great scent, never felt cleaner jumping put of the shower. Keep up the good work

Excellent stuff. All Firefighters need this. We all know how hard it is to get rid of the smoke and soot. You can’t bring that home. This’ll help. A must have.
It was a gift for my son who is currently a volunteer firefighter and hopefully in the very near future a career firefighter. He always only had a little sample bottle of the soot soap that someone gave him to try, so I thought I would surprise him with the full sized product. Hopefully his dream of going from a volunteer to a full time career firefighter happens this year and he will get to use the Soot Soap regularly!! His fitness test is tomorrow!! Fingers crossed he passes!! ❤️

Shipping was fast and easy. As a volunteer firefighter I have had to make use of it much yet. But I am really happy knowing I have it on hand when I need it. Keeping myself and my family healthy is incredibly important.

I ordered it online for a christmas gift for my husband. I never received it, they left it up to me to find it through FedEx which was a nightmare. THEN when I asked for a refund they said they would but it has been OVER a month and no one has given me a follow up on when I will receive my 70 dollars back. I am very displeased with the service. I work hard for my money, so does my firefighter husband. I believe this is very disrespectful

Great Product to get rid of post-fire smell. Just be aware, that because the product contains charcoal it can be a bit messy.

It’s nice to have something that works to kill off that after fire stank. I spend hours in the post fire environment. Bought the 500ML bundle from Sootsoap to trial in our Fire Training Facility. Both the Shampoo and Body wash were highly effective and received great feedback from our trainees and trainers! I myself especially like the hand and body wash and would recommend for those of us with the shaved head! :)
My Soot Soap order arrived at the perfect time! Coming back to the station after a dirty fire I was excited to see what the hype was all about! Soot soap did not disappoint! I loved the concept behind the products and they were great . Unfortunately the black residue left is not what I want to deal with each time.
I've been using the product almost a month now and I've noticed my skin has been smooth and not dried out. Feels good, cleans really well and has a nice aroma to help rid the body of smoke and other byproducts of fire.
